Disagreement

Being in a committee of the company's holiday party is not that easy or fun. The party being so close, there are plenty of decisions to make, what the center piece should be, what other decorations we need, what kind of door prize and more. And we seem to not agree with each other unfortunately.

For example, one person bought bags of christmasy candies, the other was not happy with them because those looked too childish. Or, one said we should wrap the prize, then the other said we shouldn't. Americans tend to voice their opinions, sometimes it could hurt someone's feelings...

We all know that we have to meet in the middle ground though. I'd never thought this task could be stressful...
