Went to the Ethiopian restaurant Blue Nile
It's been a while, so I couldn't even remember how Ethiopian cuisine was like...
Some of my friends haven't been there yet, so we went!
Inside of the restaurant was very dark, and somehow the umbrellas were decorated upside down on a ceiling. Very unique style↓
Ethiopian cuisine uses no folk/spoon to eat. We use crape-like bread to pick up vegetable/meat dishes, some are spicy some are not. We all share meals; so all dishes are put on a large plate placed at the center of a table, and we just eat from that plate. The idea is very similar to Japanese... as we eat meals from a same plate, we create a bond
