In shock

I am in shock that another co-worker of mine just died suddenly. No warning sign. Looks like he died in sleep. Just cannot believe this. It was less than a year ago that we lost a co-worker. Then again?? This was so unexpected and everybody is in shock because he was only 29 yrs old. Appeared to be very healthy, very active man... just awful. We never know what will happen next day. We must live each day at the fullest, before it's too late...
