This documentary was aired some years ago but the reality hasn't changed much I think. Very educational. What we choose to eat and the low activity level causes the obesity of course, however, we must be aware how government is making this epidemic worse. Government policy on agriculture does not encourage the healthy eating at all (as a matter of fact, opposite!); no policy on advertisements targeting children etc...
